Schedule: Monday\-Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (In\-office, Flexibility to work remote on Friday)

About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO \& President, you will serve as a trusted partner in supporting day\-to\-day priorities, helping to keep work moving forward, and ensuring the CEO \& President (“President”) is prepared, organized, and supported.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and gain exposure to organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.
You will manage complex scheduling, coordinate projects, and ensure consistent organization and follow\-through.
This role is suited for someone who is detail\-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and who enjoys providing meaningful support across different areas of the organization.
What You’ll Do
Executive Support \& Coordination:
- Serve as a trusted support to the President, helping manage priorities, communications, and day\-to\-day coordination
- Manage and prioritize the President’s calendar, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment with key priorities
- Anticipate the President’s needs by preparing materials, briefings, and background information to ensure they are fully prepared and able to effectively carry out responsibilities
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and related details
- Draft, edit, and proofread emails, correspondence, and presentations
- Follow up on contacts made by the President, drafting correspondence and fostering ongoing external relationships
- Collaborate closely with the Administrative Coordinator to support broader leadership needs as needed
- Coordinate projects by tracking timelines, organizing tasks, and following up to ensure completion
- Support cross\-departmental work by keeping communication clear and progress on track
- Use tools and technology (including AI when appropriate) to improve organization and efficiency
- Schedule and support meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
- Prior experience in administrative, executive support, or coordination roles
- High attention to detail in composing, reviewing, and proofreading materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Analytical and problem\-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities by quickly organizing information, clarifying next steps, and turning ideas into actionable tasks
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and commitment to excellence
- Reliable transportation, possession of a valid driver’s license, and maintenance of automobile insurance coverage that meets organization coverage limit requirements. (Bodily Injury $100,000 each person and $300,000 each occurrence and Property Damage of $100,000 each occurrence)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Comfort learning new tools and using technology to improve efficiency
- You anticipate needs before being asked

- You are polished, professional, and comfortable supporting executive leadership

- Primarily in the office with the occasional opportunity to work from home.
- To work from home, the candidate must have a designated space that allows for privacy.
- This position is primarily sedentary, but may occasionally require standing, walking, bending, or lifting to set up conference rooms, trainings, or managing office tasks.
