We're looking for a sharp Executive Office Assistant to help keep our leadership team organized, efficient, and focused on what matters most.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full\-time position supporting our C\-level executives with day\-to\-day administrative and operational needs. You'll be at the center of the action, managing company compliance, schedules, coordinating logistics, running errands, handling communications, and ensuring the office operates without a hitch.
The role is primarily in\-person at our Oklahoma City office, with flexibility to work from home on days when errands and operational needs allow for it. If you take pride in your work, communicate clearly, and are excited to grow alongside a company, this is your opportunity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of all compliance\-related documentation across company entities, ensuring records remain current, accessible, and aligned with state and regulatory requirements
- Provide high\-level administrative support to C\-suite executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
- Run errands and handle time\-sensitive logistics on behalf of leadership
- Answer phones and manage incoming and outgoing communications professionally
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and MS Office
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
- Greet visitors and provide a polished, professional front\-office experience
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and organized filing systems
- Prepare reports, reconcile expense reports, and update office procedures as needed
- Anticipate the needs of leadership and take initiative to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in manufacturing, real estate, law, HR, or insurance; relevant experience will be considered
- Proven experience in an administrative, office assistant, or executive support role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint especially) and QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem\-solving mindset
- Professional, dependable, and discreet, comfortable supporting senior leadership
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local errands
- A self\-starter attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
- Competitive pay: $35\.00 – $45\.00/hour based on experience

Full\-Time \| Monday – Friday, 8\-hour day shifts
Overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Primarily in\-person at our Oklahoma City, OK office, with work\-from\-home flexibility
Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Oklahoma City prior to start date
