    Position Details

    You will assist in providing comprehensive monthly bookkeeping services to our virtual clients across various industries, including:

  • Processing bank feeds and reconciling accounts
  • Managing accounts payable (bill entry and payment)
  • Handling accounts receivable (invoicing and follow\-up)
  • Job costing and project tracking
  • Processing payroll, including reporting and recording
  • Preparing and filing sales tax for multiple states
  • Creating journal entries with accurate and clear supporting documentation
  • Evaluating client data and collaborating with the management team to improve processes
  • Reviewing taxes and tax schedules, ensuring they match QuickBooks records
  • Managing direct relationships with customers and clients
  • Documenting communications and task statuses across multiple software platforms promptly
  • Syncing data across multiple software applications to maintain accuracy
  • Building and maintaining client connections through outreach via telephone, text, video conference, and email
  • Performing peer\-review quality assurance checks and communicating necessary corrections with co\-workers
  • We will train on each client

    Experience with QuickBooks Online is required

    ABSOLUTE must Haves

  • Experience with understanding back office procedures
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and how to navigate through it
  • Experience in using Google Workspace products or Microsoft Office Products
  • Great at working with others and being a team player
  • Ability to stay focused and meet deadlines
  • Super organized and confident in making decisions
  • Able to work in multiple streams at once (we service multiple clients)
  • Quick learner who's open to new ideas
  • Clear, friendly communication skills across all platforms: video conference, email, phone, and text
  • Other Requirements:

  • Physically located locally to us in Nashua, NH
  • You must be able to sit (or use a standing workstation) and work at a computer for 8 hours a day (flexible hours) and sometimes longer as may be required. You must also be able to engage in data entry and typing information into computer files and logs
  • Job Type: Part\-time

    Pay: $20\.00 \- $24\.00 per hour
