We’re looking for a detail\-oriented, organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Duties:

  • Front desk support \& customer service
  • Answer/screen calls \& manage visitors
  • Data entry (production reports, tracking)
  • File organization \& work order support
  • Coordinate meetings, audits \& team events
  • Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Admin or customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Strong communication \& multitasking skills
  • Requirements:

  • Must pass drug/alcohol screening
  • Background check requiered
  • On\-site role (no remote work)
