We are looking for a reliable, detail\-oriented, and organized professional to handle incoming calls and coordinate property maintenance.
This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly — you will be the point of contact for tenants, vendors, owners, and internal coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls from tenants and owners
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests
- Communicate with vendors and ensure jobs are completed
- Follow up on open work orders until resolution
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience in property management or maintenance coordination
- Strong communication and problem\-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple requests
- Comfortable working remotely and handling a high volume of calls
- Calm under pressure and solutions\-oriented
