Overview:
As a member of the Sales team, the Assistant Account Executive will fully support the sales team with an emphasis on reporting and order management. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can adapt to shifting priorities. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to excel and grow within Catalyst.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales team on developing and executing long term growth strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with buying teams
- Manage the ecommerce asset submission process
- Analyze and report out a weekly sales synopsis; identify opportunities and risks and share with account managers
- Own activities related to market prep creation and post market follow\-up responsibilities
- Communicate with customer service on open order issues; follow up on customer POs and monitoring shipping
- 1\-3 years of experience in a fast\-paced wholesale environment
- Strong understanding of retail math concepts
- Detailed oriented, highly motivated; ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independently.
- High level of proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with retailer vendor portals
- Travel may be required, based on business needs.
- Adhere to regular in\-office presence, including to engage in in\-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods
- Ability to reach at or below shoulder level
- Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
including system set up and line sheet and sample coordination and showroom setup

Pay Range: USD $57,200\.00 \- USD $104,000\.00 /Yr.
