How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Administer associate data, position data, benefits data, and/or contingent staffing life cycle, including recruitment, on\-boarding, data updates, and termination.
• Problem solve and complete a variety of associate life cycle data management transactions.
• Adhere to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by HR Shared Services and appropriately document case details in the case management system.
• Participate in data review, auditing and user acceptance testing of new processes, procedures and system changes, as needed.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need:

• Previous benefits and/or HR experience
• Previous experience working remotely
• Previous administrative, clerical, and/or customer service experience
