Key Responsibilities:

• Process new employee files \& records andsubmitthem to the General Manager for approval;submitappropriate paperworkto the regional accounting office.
• Calculate \& input driver \& staff payroll into system for processing.
• Track attendance for part\-time employees.
• Responsible for fare reconciliationand deposits.
• Assist General Manager in accurately tracking overtime to reduce andeliminateunnecessary and/oradditionalpunch hours.
• Other duties asrequired.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi\-task and work in fast paced environment.
• Computer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject toDOTdrug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason

Physical Requirements:

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions\-100% of the job is performed outside, workalone,and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day);frequentlywalk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Push and pull objects up toXXpounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or withoutassistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehiclefumesandnoise.
