Executive Assistant \- Asset Strategy Location: Downtown OrlandoSchedule: 3\-4 days Onsite with up to 1\-2 days hybrid/remote Position Summary:Orlando Health’s Asset Strategy team is seeking a meticulous Executive Assistant to perform advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties for key senior executives within the team. About Asset Strategy:At Orlando Health, Asset Strategy is responsible for the identification, planning and implementation of real estate and facility solutions to support patient care, stakeholder relations and strategic business arrangements in existing and new markets. This includes planning, developing, and managing the organization’s physical assets, including land, buildings, campuses, and major infrastructure, to support long‑term clinical, operational, community, and growth goals. Essential Functions:
- Internal and external stakeholder relations experience and heavy calendar management for senior leaders
- Perform high‑level administrative support with multiple competing priorities and significant discretion
- Experience with expense reporting including credit card (ProCard) reconciliation
- Prepare and manage executive presentations in PowerPoint, workbooks, and monthly print materials
- Develop, maintain and analyze Excel spreadsheets, databases, and reports; strong proficiency in MS Office
- Coordinate meetings, travel, materials, minutes, and special events; manage end‑to‑end logistics
- Serve as a key point of contact with senior leadership and external partners, handling confidential information
- Support workflow through the Vice President or Senior Vice President’s office, anticipating needs and expediting deliverables
- Conduct research, data collection, light analysis, and assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Background in a related industry (real estate, engineering, facilities, design)
- Comfortable supporting and familiarity with architectural and engineering industry terminology
- May provide work direction or knowledge sharing with other administrative or support staff
- Associate’s Degree
- Two (2\) years of prior customer service, administrative or secretarial experience may substitute for the Associate’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section)
- Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and/or database software, preferably Microsoft Office\-based products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
