As our organization continues to grow, we are launching a new initiative focused on AI\-driven seller acquisition. This role will play a key part in building that capability from the ground up.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, tech\-savvy individual to help identify and generate business acquisition opportunities using AI tools and modern research methods.
This is not a traditional internship or entry\-level role. This is a performance\-driven opportunity designed for someone who wants to gain real exposure to business acquisitions while earning based on results.
You will work directly with leadership to support the development of a system that identifies business owners who may be open to selling their companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, AI search tools, data platforms, and automation tools) to identify potential seller opportunities
- Research businesses, ownership structures, and industry trends
- Build targeted lead lists based on defined criteria
- Identify signals that indicate a business owner may be open to selling
- Document and organize leads with clear reasoning for qualification
- Continuously improve workflows using AI and automation
- Maintain organized records of activity and output
- Consistent weekly production of qualified leads
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Willingness to iterate and improve processes over time
- Performance will be measured and tied directly to compensation
- Weekly stipend
- 1% of closed deals generated from your leads
- No cap on earnings
- Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate
- Strong interest in AI tools and their practical applications
- Self\-motivated with a high level of personal accountability

Our deals typically range from small to mid\-market transactions, meaning your share per deal can be significant depending on deal size and structure.
This is a performance\-driven role. Your income is directly tied to the quality of your work and the deals generated from your pipeline.
Top performers have the potential to earn significant income as deal flow builds over time.
