Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with assistance as needed.
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and manage office finances as required.
  • Maintain office management tasks such as ordering supplies and ensuring a clean work environment.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff members.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve customer service experiences.
  • Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhanced communication with diverse clients.
  • Experience in front desk operations or as a dental/medical receptionist is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
  • Administrative experience that includes clerical duties and office management is beneficial.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
