Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. Duties

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
  • Coordinate various projects by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion through effective communication and follow\-up.
  • Handle all aspects of office management including filing, data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Provide executive administrative support such as proofreading documents, transcribing meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role with a strong background in office management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in calendar management, project coordination, and executive administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools.
  • Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and digital signature platforms like DocuSign.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
