Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong administrative background, and proficiency in computer systems and software.
Duties:
\- Greet Customers by answering phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
\- Manage incoming e\-mails and leads from marketing.
\- Contact leads and schedule customer appointments
\- Maintain accurate digital records and files.
\- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, and keeping up to date on Foreman Safety topics.
\- Manage and maintain the Roofing Schedule, by scheduling appointments and meetings.
\- Provide support to colleagues and visitors, acting as a personal assistant as needed.
\- Utilize computer systems and software to manage office operations, including phone systems, email, and document management.
\- Translate Spanish\-speaking customers and visitors as needed. (preferred)
\- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
\- An intendent work space is required from 8am\-5pm. Work space should be free of noise and distractions.
\- High school diploma or equivalent.
\- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Quick Books Online(helpful), and computer literacy.
\- Familiarity with phone systems and calendar management software.
\- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse clients and colleagues.
\- Fluency in Spanish helpful.
\- Experience with file management and organization.
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\- A positive and professional demeanor.
\- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast\-paced environment.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
