We are looking to hire a Administrative Assistant/Data Entry for The Dahlberg Group, LLC System Point of Entry (SPOE) for Region 3 office in Kirksville, MO. This is a full\-time position, Monday – Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Must possess efficient time management skills and good organizational skills
- Must have good communication skills \- verbal and written.
- Pass a background screening (FCSR and Finger Print background).
- Responsible for answering the phone, taking referrals,(phone/email/mail, etc.), entering referrals in Web system, filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- data entry staff provides assistance to service coordinators in the required data entry and record keeping activities.
