Located in Joplin, we are a fast\-paced, collaborative growing property management company serving multifamily residential community in Bellville.
As the Assistant Manager, you will take pride in attention to detail, be self\-motivated and have excellent time management skills. In this position you will have the unique opportunity to learn and grow in the property management industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Serve as the first point of contact, greeting resident, visitors, and vendors,
· Answering phones, and
· Performing administrative tasks like managing calendars and mail, send notices, issue work orders, etc.
* Assist Manager with resident relations; ensures resident issues are responded to quickly and appropriately.
· Providing excellent customer service, maintaining a professional reception area, and handling office correspondence and supplies.
Qualifications:
· Customer service,
· Multitasking,
· Organization skills
· Computer proficiency, often requiring a high school diploma.
Required:
· Minimum 2 yrs Customer Service experience
· MUST be proficient and able to prove proficient MS Office applications.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong problem\-solving skills and work ethic
· High attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST
· Must be Dependable and Reliable
· Must pass background check \& drug screening
