REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
Verify and maintain records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Organize and file digital and physical documents
Generate basic reports as requested
Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Follow company procedures and data management policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of office equipment
