\\This position requires driving a company vehicle and a clean driving record. \\
Onboarding Schedule: Orientation is remote via Teams on March 20th from 9am\-2pm.
Training Schedule: Onsite training begins Monday March 23rd from 8am\-2pm, Monday\-Friday.
Regular Schedule: Monday\-Friday 8am\-4:30pm. Overtime may be required on Saturdays and/or throughout the week.
- Please note that holidays often fall upon Mondays. When this occurs, Tuesdays are heavier in workload.
- Accurately utilize computerized systems and programs to carry out mailroom activities.
- Responsible for loading and unloading van to pick up mail from Post Office.
- Remove mail from boxes and place in appropriate P.O. tub.
- Prep shipments for storage.
- Operate and use mailroom tools and equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
- Retrieve and examine items in discard bins and ensure all items in bin are to be destroyed.
- Reference work instructions as needed.
- Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite experience.
