  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone/email
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, organization of files, and general clerical duties to optimize workflow
  • Handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high standards of professionalism
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofing documents, and calendar management
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
