We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office management tools for scheduling, report generation, and correspondence
- Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for executives or team members
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing exceptional service and support
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed
- Support office management functions such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies on data security
- Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience with multi\-line phone systems preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs
- Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, medical receptionist, or dental receptionist is advantageous
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is desirable
- Ability to handle proofreading tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills including calendar management and document filing
