About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Engineering Administrative Assistant to support our pipeline engineering team. This position focuses on structured data processing, document preparation, and workflow execution using established templates and procedures.

No prior engineering experience is required. We provide training on all company software and workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with organized systems, structured data, and technical documents.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in meeting deadlines, understands the importance of timely project delivery, and is willing to put in extra effort when needed to support critical submittals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trace routes using mapping tools and export images for reports.
  • Extract data from alignment sheets and drawings into standardized spreadsheets.
  • Prepare structured workflow spreadsheets combining soil, pipeline, and power line data.
  • Apply established modeling procedures using company\-provided engineering software.
  • Export and organize software outputs for reporting.
  • Prepare draft technical reports using company templates.
  • Maintain organized digital files and follow naming conventions.
  • Perform structured data formatting and quality checks using provided checklists.
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • 1–3 years of administrative, data entry, or office support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable using mapping tools and working with coordinate\-based data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow step\-by\-step procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage workload during peak project periods.
  • Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $60,000\.00 per year
