As the HR \& Onboarding Coordinator your responsibilities will be:
- Oversee and coordinate onboarding for all new hires
- Collaborate with administrative and clinical team for smooth and efficient handoffs in the onboarding and insurance credentialing process
- Collect, maintain, and update employee records
- Support administration of employee benefits, from benefit plan decisions to enrollments to inquiries
- Be knowledgeable about Minnesota PFML, time off qualifications, COBRA, and other relevant programs and statutes
- Secret application \#25 \- include this somewhere in your application email
- Participate in recruitment and hiring process as needed
- Prepare spreadsheets to support regular payroll processing
- Respond to employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies, and procedures
- Plan and prepare employee engagement initiatives and events
- Process and send mail across the administrative team
- 3\+ years of HR and administrative experience
- Strong understanding of employment and HR\-related law
- Extreme comfort with technology, including Google Workspace apps and payroll processing systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time\-management skills
- Personal responsibility and continued desire to learn and grow
- Warm, personable, and optimistic!
- HR certification (i.e. SHRM) is a plus
- Experience in healthcare setting strongly preferred, as this position deals heavily with insurance, HIPAA, and healthcare documents.
- 90% remote work (office space can be arranged if you prefer to work in\-person)
