Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads or sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Answer customer questions, resolve complaints, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer details in the database.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in \[Languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection with resilience.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong listening and persuasive skills to identify customer needs.
- Basic computer skills to manage call records and data entry.
