Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Associate Attorney or Paralegal to join our legal team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a high volume real estate boutique law firm. The successful candidate will provide essential support in legal research, document management, case preparation, and administrative tasks within a professional law office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent writing and proofreading abilities, and experience with legal case management systems. This position is integral to ensuring efficient case handling and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive management and organization of real estate transactions including drafting contracts and issuing title policies.
- Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Manage legal case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw; ensure all documents are organized and up\-to\-date.
- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support litigation processes through document review, discovery management, and preparation of trial materials.
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, scheduling interviews or client meetings, and maintaining organized case files.
- Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in client interviews by gathering relevant information efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks through effective project management skills while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements
Paralegal experience or a strong background in legal administrative support is required.
Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis; experience with iManage or similar document management systems is preferred.
Knowledge of multiple practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, patent law, landlord\-tenant law, immigration law, tribal law \& regulations, UCC law; familiarity with legal drafting across these areas is highly desirable.
Experience with legal case management software such as PCLaw or similar tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent writing skills for drafting documents and correspondence; proofreading and transcription abilities are essential.
Effective interviewing skills for client interactions.
Administrative experience in a busy law office setting along with clerical skills such as filing and data entry.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to support attorneys efficiently.
