Job Overview

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting and managing data within various systems to support operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, ERP systems, and other software platforms
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries through meticulous attention to detail
  • Use Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting
  • Manage order entry and data collection processes efficiently
  • Perform transcription tasks as needed for documentation purposes
  • Organize and file digital and physical documents systematically
  • Support administrative functions such as filing, data retrieval, and record keeping
  • Assist with basic math calculations related to data verification or inventory counts
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
  • Support team members with clerical tasks including typing, organizing files, and data management
  • Experience

  • Prior office or clerical experience preferred, especially involving data entry or administrative support
  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) required
  • Proven typing speed with high accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic math skills necessary for accurate data verification and calculations
  • Experience with pivot tables in Excel is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
