Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Prior office or clerical experience, along with familiarity with medical or dental reception duties, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar entries using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain organized records and perform basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory and mail distribution
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Support administrative duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed
  • Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
  • Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients
  • Office management experience including calendar management and filing systems
  • Clerical experience with proofreading, document formatting, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is preferred
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and patience in handling inquiries
  • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required

This position offers an engaging work environment where organizational skills and customer support are valued. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations while providing outstanding service to clients and visitors.

Job Type: Part\-time

Pay: $1,000\.00 per week

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
