Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a detail\-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant / Sourcing Specialist to help update and migrate contact profiles from a provided list into our CRM/ATS . You will be given a list of professional names and their current/past company names. Your job will be to locate their up\-to\-date profiles using our LinkedIn Recruiter seat and parse their current details seamlessly into our CRM/ATS . Key Responsibilities: Search for specified candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter using a provided name/company list. Cross\-reference to ensure you have found the exact, correct individual. Utilize the Chrome Extension to parse their updated profile details directly into our CRM/ATS database. Ensure data hygiene by checking for existing duplicates in our CRM/ATS system before creating a new entry. Maintain a steady pacing log (tracking progress daily). Required Qualifications: Hands\-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (essential). Hands\-on experience with a staffing ATS/CRM and their associated Chrome Extension. High attention to detail (must accurately match middle names, locations, and companies to avoid parsing the wrong person). Reliable, high\-speed internet connection. Strict adherence to data security and confidentiality protocols.
