About the Role ------------------ As a Data Entry team member, you will be the backbone of our office records, entering customer details, job information, invoices, and scheduling notes with care. Much of your daily work will center on QuickBooks and Service Fusion, so a willingness to learn these platforms is important. Whether you already know QuickBooks and Service Fusion or are eager to build that skill, you will find a supportive environment where questions are welcome and progress is encouraged. Key Responsibilities ------------------------ Enter and update customer records, service requests, and job details accurately and promptly. Process invoices, estimates, and payment records using QuickBooks and Service Fusion. Maintain organized digital files so information is easy to locate and reference. Review entries for completeness and correct any discrepancies you notice. Coordinate with field and office staff to confirm scheduling and job status information. Generate routine reports and summaries as requested by management. Keep sensitive customer and financial information confidential and secure. Qualifications ------------------ We are looking for someone reliable, patient, and comfortable with repetitive detail work. The following will help you succeed: Strong typing speed and a sharp eye for accuracy. Comfort working with computers and learning new software; experience with QuickBooks and Service Fusion is a plus but not required. Good organizational habits and the ability to manage several tasks at once. Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating with teammates. A positive, cooperative attitude and a steady, dependable work ethic. Prior office or administrative experience is helpful, and a basic understanding of bookkeeping concepts will make your transition into QuickBooks and Service Fusion smoother.
