Responsibilities include: Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone Answer or refer inquiries; Handling multiple calls Knowledge of gmail is a plus Home improvement and construction knowledge a plus Directing visitor to log in at kiosk Good communication and customer service skills Perform general administrative duties such as some data entry and filing Positive attitude and a team\-player Maintain showroom displays Ordering sales tools Weekends required Kitchen designer training available including 2020 software Posting on social media platforms Benefits available. 401k available.
