You might be a great fit if you: Are patient and process\-oriented about caseload growth — you understand that building a strong, well\-matched caseload takes time, and you're comfortable growing slowly rather than expecting to be full right away Bring real integrity to the work: honest, ethical, humble, and someone who does the right thing even when no one's checking Are a genuine team player — collaborative, easy to work with, and invested in the practice's culture, not just your own caseload Always warm, professional and responsible with our clients Stay reliably on top of documentation and reporting — our paperwork load is intentionally minimal, so timeliness matters Are motivated to keep learning and growing, both clinically and within the company's future leadership opportunities Want to stay — you're looking for a multi\-year professional home, not a short\-term associate role Clinical qualifications: Specific training in trauma modalities (EMDR, AF\-EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal, IFS, etc.) — mid\-training candidates welcome Specific training in couples modalities: Gottman Method (Level 2 completed) or EFT (Externship \+ Core Skills completed) — mid\-training candidates welcome Working toward licensure in California; bonus if also licensed or working toward licensure in Florida and/or New York Comfortable eventually holding a caseload of at least 10 weekly clients, built gradually Willing to bring in clients where appropriate — all clients are reviewed and approved by the Supervisor before starting services, to ensure the right fit for our level of care Willing to complete a background check What we offer: Flexible, self\-set schedule (evening availability required) Ongoing consultation and training — including Gottman Method and EMDR\-specific support A genuine path to growth: professional and income advancement based on time with the company, caseload, education, and performance Freedom from the business side — no managing overhead, marketing, or admin.
