Lead Medical Assistant in Dermatology

Dermatology Experience Only. Hudson Dermatology \& Laser Surgery is hiring an Experienced Dermatology Clinical Assistant Supervisor/ Lead MA for their location in Hudson Yards. Our office has now 2 floors where one of them is a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology, and the second one which will be open at the end of the fall 2026 is a Longevity suite/Cosmetic Research Institute. Our office is fast growing, pretty challenging to manage as it requires multi\-tasking, easy adaptability to many changes at once but overall, we try to do all we can to have a very warm/friendly environment that encourages personal growth. Responsibilities: Assisting the Dermatologist in all procedures/Cosmetic experience is a must. Managing clinical department fully (team of 9 MAs). Providing top\-notch customer service and care to the patients. Phlebotomy. Inventory Management and Budgeting for it. Compiling medical records, prescriptions, PAs, clinical patient needs, and charts. Training MAs from scratch. Serving as a Liaison between Providers and Management. Developing and Implementing policies/SOPs. Launching additional locations with COO. Team player/pleasant personality/comfortable with constructive criticism/Organized/detail oriented/able to resolve conflicts and move on quickly. Required Skills: Direct Patient care. Teamwork/ Positive attitude only CRMs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree minimum. 3 years of medical assistant experience MUST. 1 year of Cosmetic dermatology experience required. She is passionate and is committed to excellence in delivering dermatologic care to patients of all ages. Dr. Kiran Mian specializes in Cosmetic Dermatology (all procedures listed on our website). With a passion for total body wellness and science over trends, she expertly manages medical skin conditions with a holistic approach to educate her patients and improve their overall quality of life. Dr. Chelsea Hoffman is a Cosmetic Dermatology and Laser Surgery expert with Fellowship specifically in lasers. Dr. Rishi Chopra is a Harvard\-trained Laser expert who specializes in Cosmetic Dermatology including all invasive laser treatments, scar revision and all types of injectables.
