Customer Service Representative - onsite or offsite

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer\-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide professional support through phone, email, and online communication channels. Responsibilities Respond to customer questions and requests promptly and professionally. Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems. Process requests, orders, appointments, or account updates as needed. Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive customer experience. Perform data entry and other administrative support tasks. Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Meet established service, quality, and productivity goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using computers, email, and common office software. Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities.
