The Opportunity Our clients are a Utah County couple with full, fast\-moving lives: she's building a growing media and lifestyle brand, and he's an entrepreneur, investor, and board member. They're a warm, faith\-centered family, and they're looking for someone who feels less like staff and more like a trusted partner, sharp, calm under pressure, and genuinely energized by helping good ideas become real. This role supports both of them and the family as a whole, with day\-to\-day direction coming primarily from her. This is a rare seat: close enough to the work to see ideas take shape, trusted enough to carry them forward. You'll be the person who turns "I have an idea for..." into a plan with a date on the calendar, for two demanding schedules and a household that runs on both of them staying coordinated. This family is building something bigger than a business, a platform for real impact, and the right person will feel invested in that mission, not just the logistics behind it. If you like being early, being useful, and being part of something still being built, this is that kind of role. The family has separate household staff for home and childcare, so this role stays focused on the professional, creative, and administrative work that makes their combined life run. This search is being conducted confidentially. Candidate names and brand details are shared only after initial screening. What You Will Actually Do Run point on two demanding schedules Own both calendars, protecting focus time and resolving conflicts before they become problems Provide full executive support including proactive calendar management and travel coordination for a high\-demand professional schedule Coordinate travel for both: flights, itineraries, reservations, the details that make trips easy instead of stressful Manage correspondence, prep for meetings, and close the loop after Help build the brand Support the podcast, email community, CRM, and events, from scheduling guests to tracking deadlines to keeping campaigns on track Coordinate with contractors, collaborators, and vendors so projects move without her having to chase people Research topics, vet options, and bring her a recommendation, not just a pile of information Keep the family's combined logistics running Manage the shared family calendar: appointments, school registrations, travel, birthdays, the dates that can't be missed Coordinate across both of their schedules and the family's needs so nothing falls between the two Build the systems that make all of this sustainable Notice what's about to fall through the cracks and catch it first Create the light\-weight systems (trackers, checklists, workflows) that let this role scale as the brand grows Coordinate with contractors, collaborators, and vendors so projects move without her having to chase people Research topics, vet options, and bring her a recommendation, not just a pile of information Support Family Office Pay revolving balances and vendor invoices in a timely manner Coordinate with wealth advisers as needed for payments, funding, etc. Audit monthly financial reports and participate in monthly family office meetings Understand financial priorities and give recommendations for meaningful adjustments Who You Are You've supported a founder, executive, or busy household before, and you know the difference between being asked to do something and anticipating it. You write well, you read a room (or an inbox) accurately, and you can hold confidential information without a second thought. You're comfortable moving between a brand strategy call and a school registration deadline in the same hour, and you don't need either one explained twice. Experience with project management tools, CRM/email platforms, event coordination, or digital media production is a real plus, not a requirement, but it'll help you hit the ground running. Why This Role This isn't a maintenance job. The brand, and the family's broader impact, are early and growing, which means the person in this seat has real influence over how things get built, not just how they get executed. If you want a long\-term seat at a table that's still being set, and you're drawn to work that means something beyond the day\-to\-day, we want to hear from you. Pay: $33\.00 \- $44\.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Experience: Executive administrative support: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Orem, UT 84097
