Core Responsibilities Sales \& Tours: Warmly greet prospective residents, conduct engaging property tours, and showcase the unique features and amenities of our community. Leasing Lifecycle: Manage the end\-to\-end leasing process, from providing detailed pricing and terms to processing applications and performing background checks. Lease Administration: Prepare accurate lease agreements, ensure all documentation is compliant, and coordinate seamless move\-in and move\-out procedures. Resident Retention: Proactively manage lease renewals and build lasting relationships with current residents to ensure high community satisfaction. Service Coordination: Promptly address resident inquiries and maintenance requests; submit service orders and perform follow\-up calls to ensure 100% resolution. Administrative Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of all resident interactions and lease files using property management software. Required Skills \& Qualifications Sales Savvy: Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to "close the deal" while maintaining a helpful, consultative approach. Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills; you should be as comfortable on the phone as you are in person. Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of Fair Housing Laws and guidelines. Tech\-Minded: Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks. Experience with AppFolio is highly preferred. Organization: The ability to manage a "to\-do" list effectively in a fast\-paced environment without letting details slip through the cracks.
