Executive Administrator – Operations \& Revenue Cycle Rebylt Behavioral Health is seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive Executive Administrator – Operations \& Revenue Cycle to oversee the organization's day\-to\-day administrative operations and provide direct operational support to executive leadership. This is not a traditional executive assistant position. The Executive Administrator will serve as a central point of accountability for administrative operations, billing oversight, credentialing, payer enrollment, authorizations, organizational deadlines, and executive follow\-through. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, follows tasks through to completion, and is comfortable working in a fast\-paced behavioral healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day\-to\-day administrative operations. Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO/Executive Director. Maintain executive calendars, meetings, deadlines, and organizational priorities. Maintain an executive task tracker and ensure assigned projects are completed on time. Experience working in a growing behavioral health organization. Experience supporting a CEO, Executive Director, COO, or other senior executive. The Executive Administrator should be able to take multiple administrative priorities from executive leadership, organize them into an actionable plan, establish deadlines, identify responsible parties, follow up consistently, and report back when each item is complete. This position requires initiative, discretion, persistence, organization, and accountability.
