Please include: City / State General availability, including evenings and weekends Your hourly rate Description of your SEO experience Examples of websites you have worked on Specific examples of SEO results you have achieved, including increases in traffic or rankings when available Squarespace experience Social media and video editing experience About the Position Part\-time remote assistant with strong, demonstrated SEO expertise Evaluate an existing Squarespace website and identify what is missing or needs improvement Develop and implement a practical, prioritized SEO plan Improve Google search visibility, rankings, and website traffic Position also includes social media growth and detailed administrative support SEO Responsibilities Review and analyze the current website and identify areas for improvement Develop a practical SEO strategy and prioritized action plan Keyword research and keyword strategy On\-page SEO Optimize page titles, metadata, headings, descriptions, and content Improve Google search visibility and rankings Track website traffic and SEO performance Recommend and implement changes based on results Squarespace SEO experience strongly preferred Social Media \& Additional Support Help develop strategies to increase social media followers, engagement, and reach Assist with posting and maintaining a consistent social media schedule Create and edit simple promotional and performance video clips Experience with video editing software that preserves high\-quality video and audio Google Docs and Google Sheets Detailed administrative and organizational support Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT What I'm Looking For Demonstrated SEO experience — not simply general social media experience Strong understanding of keyword strategy, on\-page SEO, metadata, content optimization, rankings, and traffic growth Ability to analyze an existing website and clearly explain what should be improved and why Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to follow directions carefully and follow through Comfortable troubleshooting technology Strong communication skills Experience working with artists, musicians, or other creative professionals is a plus Schedule \& Working Style Evening availability preferred, with weekend flexibility Flexible schedule is important Collaborative, remote working relationship I prefer working connected in real time through FaceTime during work sessions; Zoom is also an option when necessary * This allows for quick communication, troubleshooting, feedback, and approvals while we work Pay: From $20\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
