Manage phone call documentation accurately using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software tools. Assist callers with appointment scheduling, billing questions, insurance verification, and general healthcare support. Utilize medical terminology and health insurance knowledge to clarify information and resolve issues efficiently. Enter data swiftly and accurately into computer systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. Support healthcare providers by managing electronic health records (EHR/EHR management) and updating patient information as needed. Demonstrate strong communication skills and phone etiquette to foster trust and rapport with diverse callers. Requirements Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong analysis skills for problem\-solving under pressure. Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and phone call management techniques to ensure efficient workflow.
