JobTread Implementation Specialist – Construction Company

Basement 2 Finish is looking for an experienced JobTread implementation specialist/freelancer to help us build and organize our company operations inside JobTread. We are a residential remodeling company and want JobTread to become the main operating system for our business — from estimating through project completion. What We Need Help With JobTread setup and workflow design Estimating and cost catalog Proposals and contracts Payment schedules and invoicing Job templates and project milestones Scheduling and production coordination Work orders for crews and subcontractors Material ordering and tracking Change orders Client communication and approvals Dashboards and reporting QuickBooks Online integration Automations and integrations with other systems SOPs and team training We are not looking for basic data entry. We need someone who understands how a construction/remodeling company operates and can help us design a simple, scalable system.
