The position works collaboratively across Finance and other business functions to coordinate initiatives, improve processes, facilitate communications, and ensure timely execution of departmental objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic administrative partner to Finance leadership by coordinating priorities, managing executive support activities, and assisting with operational execution. Coordinate departmental initiatives and track progress against key objectives, proactively identifying risks, roadblocks, and follow\-up actions. Manage calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting logistics for Finance leadership. Coordinate Finance department meetings, leadership events, team\-building activities, onboarding activities, and organizational communications. Prepare executive presentations, communications, reports, and meeting materials to support decision\-making and departmental initiatives. Attend meetings, document key decisions and action items, and facilitate follow\-up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Manage and continuously improve Finance SharePoint sites, collaboration platforms, and document repositories. Lead or support cross\-functional projects, including planning activities, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting. Support departmental compliance, audit, vendor management, royalty administration, and other operational activities as assigned. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance departmental effectiveness, communication, reporting, and execution. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. 4 years of experience working in a professional environment is required. Prior executive assistant or department coordinator experience is required. Medical\-sector experience is a plus. Skills: Independently manages projects and recurring initiatives. Identifies process improvements. Coordinates cross\-functional activities. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
