Troy, MI \| Up to $22/hour \| Weekly Pay \| Benefits ============================================================ Help Deliver a 5\-Star Installation Experience -------------------------------------------------- At HANSONS, we're looking for a highly organized, customer\-focused Customer Service \& Scheduling Coordinator to help create an exceptional experience for homeowners throughout the installation process. You'll keep customers informed, schedule their installations with crews best suited to their needs, and solve problems quickly when something doesn't go according to plan. If you're great with people, highly organized, and the type of person who takes ownership of problems instead of passing them along, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do ------------------ Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process Welcome new customers, explain next steps, and set clear expectations Schedule and reschedule installations based on customer needs, crew availability, materials, and other logistics Help match installations with crews best suited to each customer's needs Keep customers informed before and during their installation Coordinate with customers, installation crews, and internal HANSONS teams to keep installations on track Identify potential issues early and take ownership of finding solutions quickly Manage scheduling changes caused by weather, customer requests, or operational needs Complete customer follow\-up, payment collection, documentation, and installation closeout activities What We're Looking For -------------------------- High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of customer service, scheduling, administrative, office, or coordination experience Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities A problem\-solver who stays calm when plans change and takes ownership through resolution Comfortable communicating with both customers and installation teams Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work onsite in Troy, Michigan Preferred: Experience with customer scheduling, service coordination, dispatch, office operations, CRM/scheduling software, or the home improvement, construction, installation, or service industries.
