Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and bilingual Russian\-speaking Home Health Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dependable professional with excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills who can effectively coordinate between patients, caregivers, office staff, and management. In this role, you will help oversee case loads, support direct\-care staff, maintain accurate patient and employee documentation, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day office operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and communicating professionally in both Russian and English. Responsibilities Assist direct\-care staff with administrative needs, including providing forms, answering questions, coordinating schedules, and resolving routine concerns. Monitor and oversee assigned patient and caregiver case loads to support efficient and consistent service delivery. Assist with creating, organizing, and maintaining patient and staff charts, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. Coordinate communication between patients, caregivers, office staff, and management. Manage a multi\-line phone system and direct calls accurately and professionally. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and in person. Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and electronic visit verification (EVV) systems. Learn and utilize the Sandata Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system; training will be provided. Learn and utilize the KanTime system; training will be provided. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Assist with staff and executive calendar management, appointments, and scheduling. Prepare correspondence, proofread documents, and assist with general clerical and administrative duties. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and other office communications. Assist with tracking documentation, schedules, and required paperwork for patients and direct\-care staff. Help maintain compliance with company policies and home health documentation requirements. Communicate professionally and respectfully with patients, families, caregivers, coworkers, and management. Qualifications \& Skills Fluent in Russian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in case management, home health, home care, healthcare administration, medical office administration, or a related field preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time\-management abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. Strong computer and data\-entry skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Professional telephone etiquette and experience with multi\-line phone systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling patient and employee information. Strong problem\-solving and communication skills. Experience with home health or home care services is a plus. Experience with Sandata or another EVV system is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Medical or dental receptionist, personal assistant, administrative, or clerical experience is advantageous.
