What You Will Do Assist President and CEO, as assigned, with maintaining and updating policies, procedures, guidelines, administrative tasks and reporting. Record minutes from monthly Board meetings, assemble Board materials and books, order Board and Donor gifts as needed.· Support donor stewardship by providing administrative support to the Chief Development Officer. Assist with processing donations, preparing acknowledgment letters and maintaining accurate donor records. Maintain DonorPerfect by entering donations and donor information, updating records, reviewing data for accuracy, resolving discrepancies and generating reports. Support fundraising campaigns and events using event software, including tracking donations, donors, ticket purchases, sponsorships and other event information. Provide administrative support to the Chief Development Officer and assist with Development projects, reports, research and other initiatives. Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, documents, databases, reports, and other organizational materials. Coordinate with the Development team and assist with gathering photos and other social media content. Create and schedule social media posts and stories. Communicate professionally with donors, staff, volunteers, vendors, and community partners. Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of donors, residents, employees, volunteers and organizational information. What You Bring Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two (2\) years of experience in administrative assistant duties Valid Arizona driver's license. Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Experience with DonorPerfect or OneCause software. We Are Looking for Someone Who Is highly organized and enjoys keeping information, projects and details on track. Enjoys working with technology and is comfortable learning new databases, fundraising platforms and software. Has strong data\-entry and recordkeeping skills and can maintain accurate and confidential information. Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Provides excellent customer service and enjoys building positive relationships with donors, staff, volunteers, vendors and community partners. Can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and adjust when needs or priorities change. Takes initiative, works independently and follows projects and responsibilities through to completion. Is comfortable creating and working with spreadsheets, presentations, documents, reports and other administrative materials. Is proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Brings professionalism, discretion and good judgment when working with confidential or sensitive information. Work Environment Works in a shared office environment Candidates must be available to work from office 40 hours a week. During peak events, slightly higher. Usual business hours are Monday – Friday, 800 a.m. \-5:00 p.m. Local travel between House of Refuge campuses and community locations. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and assist with event setup and teardown.
