We are seeking a Product Manager \- Single Use Solutions (SUS) \& Final Fill to play a pivotal strategic role in shaping the future of our Bioprocess Solutions (BPS) business. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our SUS portfolio, identifying emerging market opportunities, influencing new product development, and creating differentiated value propositions that strengthen our competitive position. You will work at the intersection of marketing, product management, innovation, sales, R\&D, engineering, operations, and customer engagement, helping shape both the products and services that our customers depend upon. This role has global responsibility and will require travel of 25\-40%, including international travel. Lead Strategic Product Growth Develop and execute the long\-term strategy for the Single Use Solutions and Final Fill portfolio. Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Create business cases and product roadmaps that support profitable growth and market expansion. Evaluate make\-versus\-buy opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, and new technology investments. New Product Development Lead new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization. Partner with R\&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Application Engineering teams to bring innovative solutions to market. Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights into actionable product strategies and development priorities. Pricing Management Develop pricing methodologies, margin policies, and decision\-support tools for the product portfolio. Conduct financial, profitability, and market analyses to support business decisions. Market Research \& Segment Strategy Monitor industry developments, market trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs. Assess portfolio performance using marketing analytics and data\-driven insights. Define clear product positioning and compelling value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the marketplace. Enable Commercial Success Serve as the internal and external expert for SUS and Final Fill solutions. Develop sales tools, training programs, thought leadership content, technical publications, and customer\-facing materials. Support key customer engagements, industry conferences, trade shows, and strategic account initiatives. Partner with Marketing Communications to amplify our market presence and brand leadership. IS THIS JOB FOR YOU? Bachelors degree in Business or Technical discipline (chemistry, engineering or biology) is required. Masters preferred. 7\+ years experience in marketing, sales and/or engineering. Product Management experience with demonstrated knowledge and ability to oversee the product management responsibilities of a globally manufactured and sold product portfolio and/or pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry experience. Knowledge of polymeric materials and processing technologies. Able to clearly communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies. Experience leading cross\-functional initiatives without direct authority. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to interact with employees from various organizational levels and all internal functional areas. A high level of interaction with customer and vendor engineering and purchasing teams are similarly structured. Ability to work effectively across global teams and diverse stakeholder groups. Passion for innovation, customer engagement, and solving complex business challenges. * Able to travel up to 40% including internationally. BENEFITS IN JOINING US Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint\-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $102,000 to $158,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job\-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $115,200 to $178,500\. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
