We are seeking a Full\-Time Administrative Assistant to help support our home health operations. As the Administrative Assistant at CareAparent, you will play a vital role in supporting our leadership and operations teams to advance and deliver exceptional home health services. When you join our team, you are also setting a course towards future roles and opportunities. This full\-time position reports directly to SVP of Operations and provides broad exposure to the entire organization, contributing to the growth and expansion of CareAparent’s mission and services. This role requires an experienced professional with strong attention to detail, ability to multi\-task, a proactive mindset, and a warm professional demeanor. As a key representative of our Mission, Vision, and Values, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and guests. You will build and maintain professional relationships with CareAparent’s leadership and operations teams while managing daily activities, meetings, and schedules. Additionally, you will oversee general office administration, including supply management, ordering, and vendor coordination. Wage Range: $23\.00 \- $28\.00/hour Location: Woodbury, MN (In\-Office) Hours: Standard Business Hours (Monday \- Friday) Hybrid Role? No Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with Employer Match (immediate vesting) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Short Term Disability Insurance Opportunities for growth and advancement Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree 2\+ years in a comparable office or executive assistance role Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proficient with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Meet, WebEx) Understanding of office procedures such as filing, copying, record keeping Responsibilities: Front Desk Support Greet and check\-in visitors, employees, and vendors with professionalism and hospitality Maintain cleanliness of front reception area, meeting rooms, and training room Answer and route incoming phone calls or messages Scheduling of office events \& coordination of conference rooms Organization Support Prepare meetings by ordering, catering, or stocking supplies Perform administrative duties for CareAparent’s Board of Directors, including but not limited to scheduling, meeting room preparation, greeting, etc. Manage office supply inventory, including ordering/reordering and budget management Ensure inventory/stock levels at both Woodbury and Plymouth office locations Executive/Office Support Perform general administrative and office functions such as filing, copying, and faxing Perform data entry functions as needed Maintain, update, and coordinate the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) calendars Attend meetings as needed for documentation, follow\-up, and coordination Provide general office administrative support to departments as needed or assigned Compliance Assist with audit/inspection preparation, including greeting surveyors, notifying leaders and team members, and adjusting schedules as needed for surveyor meetings Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements Support the Director of Compliance, Director of Nursing, and QAPI Manager with duties as assigned. General Assist with home health reporting, projects, and other tasks assigned, under the guidance and oversight of the SVP of Operations Help with scheduling and marketing for in\-office and community events (Holiday parties, Company Town Hall meetings, external events \& activities) All new hires must pass a background check prior to employment.
