This role will manage and oversee all aspects of billing, including insurance claims and client invoices, maintaining AR, accurate reporting while also having customer service skills. Team player\- pitched in the assist the front desk with other tasks as needed Position Overview: This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, adaptable professional to join our team as a billing and receivables manager. This includes managing insurance claims, client balances, and billing communications. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer\-focused, and confidently take ownership of billing to ensure a seamless and efficient billing experience. Key Responsibilities: Billing Management: Responsible for the billing department, managing all aspects of client billing to insurance companies and the billing team. Ensure claims are submitted appropriately and oversee the billing team with addressing any insurance challenges. Optimize systesm for claims submission, track payment statuses, and handle follow\-ups on denied claims. Work closely with the CFO and Business Manager to develop and implement efficient billing workflows. Provide oversight and reporting on the billing process, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Regularly monitor and optimize the billing processes to ensure a seamless experience for clients and the company. Administrative and Project Support: Updated CRM and EHR to maintain accurate client records. Assist with meeting coordination and other administrative projects as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience in billing, administrative, or receptionist roles. 3\+ years of experience in a medical or administrative role, preferably with billing responsibilities. Ability to quickly adapt and master new software and systems to perform job responsibilities effectively. Familiarity with insurance authorization and billing. Proficient google sheets or excel Strong background in customer service. Position Status Remote: Full\-time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8\-hour shift Environment: Must have a quiet and confidential space to work and answer phone calls.
