Business Assistant to the Founder \- Affiliate Marketing Startup Remote, EST\-PST Business Hours About the Role We are a fast\-growing US\-based affiliate marketing startup looking for a Business Assistant to support our Founder. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into operations management, learn how to build business processes from the ground up, and grow into a Head of Operations / COO role over time. Responsibilities Support the Founder with day\-to\-day operational and administrative tasks Maintain trackers, reports, and KPIs; follow up on task completion across teams Coordinate with different teams, track deadlines, and monitor quality of execution Assist in developing and implementing SOPs and workflows Take on increasing strategic and operational responsibilities over time Qualifications 1\-2\+ years of experience as an assistant, coordinator, or in a junior operations role Experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information Proactive, organized, and eager to grow into an operations/leadership track Fluent English (written and spoken) Ability to work EST\-PST hours Job Type: Full\-time, Remote Benefits Direct mentorship from the Founder with full visibility into business operations Clear growth path toward Head of Operations / COO Fully remote position Competitive compensation Work Location: Remote Join our team to support our founder’s vision while developing your skills in a vibrant startup environment.
