Your Role: As an Interview Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: Conducting remote, scripted surveys with individuals across the country Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Gathering data and inputting it accurately into our system Following survey scripts closely while ensuring an engaging and clear conversation What We’re Looking For: Texas Residents Only: This is a remote, work\-from\-home position available exclusively to individuals living in Texas. Tech Requirements: A computer, headset, and reliable high\-speed internet are required. Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key! You must be able to follow scripts and data entry procedures precisely. Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and engaging communication is essential for this role. No Sales Involved: This is a research\-based position—no sales or cold calling. Commitment to a Set Schedule: We require all part\-time workers to commit to a consistent schedule. For example, you’ll be expected to work the last 5 hours of the available shifts or another agreed\-upon time. Flexibility is important, but consistent attendance is a must.
