The Implementations Manager owns the end\-to\-end onboarding of new law firm clients, from kickoff and technical setup through go\-live and handoff to support. You are the client's primary point of contact during implementation and the internal owner of the project: coordinating the client's IT, docketing, and clerk teams on one side, and CourtAlert's implementation specialists and engineers on the other. You understand the technical stack deeply and manage its execution, but you are not expected to write the code or configurations yourself. This role suits someone highly organized and client\-facing who is comfortable speaking the language of law firm Litigation Docketing and Calendaring Staff (ECF Filings, Events and Rules, Risk, Knowledge Management) IT (Exchange, SSO, DMS integrations, data migrations) and can keep multiple firm rollouts moving to their go\-live dates simultaneously. What You'll Do Own the implementation lifecycle for each new client from kickoff through go\-live, keeping projects on schedule and stakeholders aligned. Serve as the day\-to\-day client contact, coordinating with firm IT leads, managing clerks, and docketing staff throughout onboarding. Direct the technical setup across the CourtAlert stack, managing client IT and internal engineers to configure: Exchange email routing/transport rules (Exchange Online and on\-premises), SSO (Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, ADFS), document management integrations (iManage, NetDocuments), and matter/staff feed systems (Aderant, Elite 3E, and others). Manage data migrations from legacy systems such as CompuLaw, including backup requests and validation. Oversee PACER/ECF credential setup and attorney MFA enrollment. Plan and deliver client training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, risk management, and business development teams, and prepare training materials and reference documentation. Track implementation tasks, issues, and blockers in Jira and drive them to resolution. Prepare and follow up on statements of work (SOWs) and coordinate client\-facing onboarding documentation and secure document shares. Partner with sales and leadership to hand off newly signed clients cleanly and set implementation expectations. Maintain and improve onboarding playbooks, templates, and process as the client base grows. What You Bring 4\+ years in a client\-facing implementation, onboarding, technical project management, or professional services role, ideally in legal tech or B2B SaaS. Direct familiarity with law firm docketing and litigation calendaring, as docketing or paralegal staff, or working closely with a firm's docketing group, including ECF filings, court rules, and deadline management. Strong working understanding of enterprise IT concepts: Microsoft 365 / Exchange, single sign\-on (Entra ID, Okta), email routing, and system integrations, enough to lead technical conversations with a firm's IT team and translate between technical and non\-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations to firm deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable being the face of CourtAlert to sophisticated law firm clients. Experience with project/issue tracking tools (Jira or similar). Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and able to drive projects without dropping threads. Nice to Have Docketing or paralegal experience. Familiarity with law firm operations, docketing, or litigation calendaring. Exposure to PACER/ECF, court rules systems, or legal document management systems (iManage, NetDocuments). Experience with data migrations between legal software platforms.
