Patient Care Coordinator

Pay: Starting at $18/hr, then based on experience Job Type: Part\-time (with room to grow to full\-time) Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm Position Hours: Monday 9\-5pm (1 hour lunch), Tuesday through Thursday 1\-5pm. Wednesdays maybe virtual if all patient appointment are virtual. Every other Thursday is virtual. What You'll Be Doing: Greeting and checking out patients with warmth and care Managing scheduling and patient data in our EMR Downloading/uploading and entering lab/imaging results Answering and sending patient messages via EMR \& inbox Answering phones and returning calls with patience and kindness Keeping our office clean, tidy, and welcoming plus decorating for the various holidays Handling all tasks in full HIPAA compliance What We're Looking For: Experience with holistic, integrative, or functional medicine or lifestyle preferred Reliable, consistent attendance as this is a long\-term position and our patients depend on it Comfort working in an EMR system; Knowledge of Autism, PANDAS/PANS, or related conditions a plus Strong phone etiquette \& communication skills Solid computer \& data entry skills Previous medical receptionist experience preferred, but will train the right candidate Perks Paid time off Two weeks off at Christmas (one week paid) Real opportunity for long\-term growth from part\-time to full\-time Some remote/work\-from\-home flexibility We're a small, tight\-knit team doing meaningful work with patients who need us.
