Description Under the general direction of the Call Center Coordinator KC or appropriate Practice Administrator/Manager, provides telephone support to the clinics by answering patient calls; Accesses the Epic system; Creates in basket messages; and performs other duties as assigned. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
