Leading the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Center’s workshop series and related academic success programs. Job Description: Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in a humanities, STEM, social sciences, or related field. Experience in higher education, such as university teaching, student or academic affairs, writing center administration, graduate education, academic success programming, or related field (typically 2\+ years). Demonstrated success developing, delivering, or supporting programs for graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, or advanced learners in a higher education setting. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, manage complex priorities, and lead programs from planning through implementation and assessment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and campus partners. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to foster cooperative relationships with students, faculty, staff, and institutional stakeholders. Establish and maintain processes that support effective program delivery, participant communication, event planning, and operational continuity.
